Your project information.

How this website handles the information you choose to share.

Project inquiries

The request form prepares a draft in your own email application. Review it and send it yourself. The page does not submit or store your form entries on a TKJ website server. Copying a request uses your device clipboard.

Email, phone and text

Information you send directly to TKJ is used to discuss your request, prepare estimates, coordinate agreed services and maintain related business records. Your email and telecommunications providers also process those communications.

Website services and external links

The site is hosted through Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical request information for delivery and security. Links to Yelp and other external services follow those services’ own policies. This redesign does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

What to share

Share the property city, service needs and preferred schedule. Avoid sending card details, passwords, government identifiers or unnecessary sensitive information. Photos can be sent directly by email or text.
