Maintenance labor is planned during scheduled visits. Separate dispatches, additional travel, extra hours and materials above the allowance require authorization and additional pricing. Enrollment, access, renewal, cancellation and allowance-use terms are stated in the written agreement. HomeGuard is preventive maintenance, not an insurance policy or unlimited-repair warranty.

How do I join?
Request a plan review or call TKJ. We confirm the property, scope, available schedule and written agreement before enrollment. Sending an inquiry does not start billing or book a visit.
Are repairs unlimited?
No. Each plan has specific included visits and, where offered, annual labor and material allowances. Additional repairs are quoted separately.
Can I use the labor allowance for any trade?
Allowances apply to eligible minor craft maintenance defined in your agreement. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, hazardous and specialist work are separately reviewed.
What if I already have a TKJ plan?
Your existing agreement controls your current price and benefits. These new-plan examples do not automatically change an existing membership. Contact us to review options.
Is the Roof Protection Plan the same as HomeGuard?
No. The previously advertised roof-only plan is a separate offer. Ask us to review that scope and its current availability; it is not automatically included in HomeGuard.
Do the commercial prices cover every property?
No. The published amounts illustrate defined example properties. A site review confirms the price and scope for your actual building or portfolio.
